Hannah Jane Loeb

Hannah Loeb is a 5th year English PhD candidate at UVA. Her dissertation project deals with how the ghost meter metaphor manifests in terms of lineation, syntax, and affect in modern and contemporary poetry. She earned her BA from Yale University in 2012 and her MFA from the Iowa Writers' Workshop in 2015, and her poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in The MothOxford Poetry, Digging Through the FatPlainsongsBoothNinth LetterApricity PressOrnery QuarterlyAmerican ChordataProdigal, and elsewhere.
